The adjacent buildings of the ibis Styles Warszawa Centrum hotel at Zagórna Street and the historic tenement house of Wojciech Sawicki, built in 1915, combine into an intriguing whole, which proves that the infiltration of architectural trends from different eras is possible.

The L-shaped building was constructed on the western bank of the Vistula, in the vicinity of the cultural and entertainment center of Warsaw on one side and the historic buildings of Powiśle on the other.

The hotel has six floors above ground and one underground. There are 179 rooms in it. The architects managed to competently combine historical inspirations with contemporary trends in architecture. The building is therefore bright, shiny and economical in form. Just like the Art Nouveau tenement house – there are no balconies. However, the façade is not monotonous – it is enlivened by large windows in dark graphite frames. Glazing makes the building look light and neat. Due to many windows, the border between the inside and the outside space is optically blurred. In this case, it is all the more advantageous that the hotel is located in an interesting area and only a few steps from the Vistula boulevards.

Harmony with nature and environmental protection were other important expectations of the Ibis Styles Warszawa Centrum hotel. The proof of this is the BREEAM certificate obtained by the hotel, confirming that it meets the highest standards.
