Our team consists of several dozen people – designers, architects, construction engineers, designers of the sanitary, electrical, road, ventilation and air conditioning industries, as well as project managers. We have finalized over 150 conceptual, construction, tender and detailed designs. We have managed nearly 100 investments in the country, as well as outside of it – in the European market.

We deal with comprehensive management of the investment process at all stages of the project. The scope of services includes e.g. preparation of analyses, audits and absorption plans, through all stages of design work, to the organization of tenders, selection of contractors and investment management. We have extensive experience in construction, we have properly trained staff in the field of project management and cost control. We offer BREEAM Certification and full management of the certification process and project implementation in accordance with the required standards.
